Race Information

Race Licence

The event holds an Association of Running Clubs licence with permit number ARC/26/TBC.

Start Time

The race begins at 10:30am. Race HQ opens from 9:00am for registration and number collection.

Children's Race

A separate ~1km race begins immediately after the main event. Entry is complimentary and open to all; registration occurs on-site on the day.

Parking

Free parking is available on Inkpen Playing Field. Please avoid parking on nearby roads to help the local community.

Facilities

The venue offers refreshments, restroom access, and changing facilities.

Results & Prizes

Winners are announced on the day; results are posted online afterwards. Trophies are awarded to the top three male and female finishers, and the fastest male and female veterans over 50. All finishers receive a commemorative medal. The award presentation takes place at approximately 11:45am.
